Procedure for warranty repairs

- Please provide your full contact details (name, address, phone number, email address).
- Upload two photos of the area to be corrected:
A distant view.
A close-up view.
- Briefly describe the problem you have encountered.
Opening a file
- As soon as the form is submitted, a dated file is automatically created.
- You will receive an email confirmation.
Repair planning
- The description of the corrections to be made is added to your file.
- A member of our team will visit during the current season or the following season, depending on the nature of the work.
- If you wish to be present, you will be notified at least 24 hours before our visit.
What our warranty covers
Every project carried out by Terrassement Sicurella et Fils Inc. is covered by a warranty, provided that all maintenance and protection procedures are followed.
Our goal: to ensure the sustainability and quality of your developments.
The warranty applies if:
- All payments have been made.
- The maintenance procedures in the owner’s manual were followed.
The warranty does not cover:
- Oxidation spots.
- Cracks caused by tree roots and/or soil drying out.
- Damage caused by freezing/thawing or harsh winters.
- Polymer sand, peat, or plantings (unless otherwise specified).

Warranty FAQ
How long does the warranty last?
The duration varies depending on the nature of the work. In general, earthworks and paving are guaranteed for a specific period indicated in your contract or owner’s guide.
What should I do if a plant or grass does not survive after installation?
As stated in our terms and conditions, the survival of plants and turf is not guaranteed, unless otherwise specified. However, we provide you with a care guide to maximize their recovery.
How long should I expect to wait for a repair under warranty?
Repairs are carried out during the current season or the following season, depending on the nature of the work and weather conditions. You will receive confirmation by email when your file has been scheduled.
